Get started with the Staffly app

Employees need your employer code to log in. Here is where to find the code, and what the app can be used for once they are in.

The Staffly app is the employee's way in: shifts, hours and messages in one place.

Step 1: the employer code

The first time the app opens, it asks for an employer code — not a username. It is what tells the app which agency the employee works for.

The code is the first part of your portal address. If your portal is youragency.portal.staffly.dk, the code is youragency.

Note: Agencies cannot be searched for in the app — the code has to be typed exactly. That is deliberate: the list of Staffly's customers should not be browsable by anyone else.

Put the code in your welcome message to new employees. It is the question support gets most often.

Step 2: log in

The employee then logs in with the e-mail address on their profile in Staffly. If there is no e-mail address on the profile they cannot log in — that is the most common reason someone does not get started.

Step 3: notifications

Say yes to notifications at the first login. That is what makes sure the employee hears about it immediately when a shift is offered, changed or cancelled.

Note: Cancellations are sent both as a message in the app and as an e-mail. That kind of message must not be able to disappear because a phone was switched off.

What the employee can do in the app

Switching employer

If an employee changes agency, they can log out and enter a new employer code.
