Create a customer and a contact
Company details, contacts and prices on one customer — and why the contact is the key to both hour approval and the customer portal.

A customer in Staffly ties three things together: who you invoice, who you talk to, and what you agreed.
Company details
Create the customer with name, VAT number, address and invoicing details. The VAT number is what your accounting system matches on when the invoice is sent across, so it has to be right from the start.
Contacts
At least one contact is required, and it needs a name plus either an e-mail or a phone number. A customer can easily have several: one who orders temps, one who approves hours, one who receives the invoice.
The contact is also the way into the customer portal, where the customer can follow staffing and approve hours themselves.
Prices
Prices can be set on the customer so they carry over to new orders. If you have created collective agreements under Økonomi → Overenskomster, Staffly can show whether the prices conform to the chosen agreement.
Tip: If the customer has different prices for different kinds of work, set them per rate type rather than one price for everything. Then the margin comes out right by itself.
