Connect Salary.dk to payroll
Connect Salary.dk with an API key, and map rate types and pension companies so the payroll run does not have to be typed in a second time.

If you use Salary.dk, the payroll run can be sent across instead of being typed again. Setup is under System → Integrationer.
Connect
Paste in your API key from Salary.dk. You find it under Virksomhed → API-nøgler → Tilføj API-nøgle. Use Test forbindelse before saving — then you know straight away whether the key
works.
Once connected, Staffly fetches the salary types and pension companies from there itself.
Map salary types and pension
Two things have to be linked before the numbers land correctly:
- Rate type → salary type — each of Staffly's rate types points at a salary type in Salary.dk. A default salary type is set for anything not mapped specifically.
- Pension company — the pension companies in Staffly are linked to the ones in Salary.dk. The companies themselves are created under System → Konfiguration.
You can also set an employer overhead percentage, used to work out the total salary cost on orders and projects.
Run and send
Once the hours are approved and the payroll run has been checked in Staffly, it is synchronised to Salary.dk. The payment itself and the payslips are still handled there.
Note: Check the numbers in Staffly before you send. Correcting a payroll run that has not been sent is much easier than rolling one back.
