CVs and AI extraction
Upload an existing CV as a PDF or an image and let Staffly fill in the profile automatically — then edit and reorder the entries afterwards.
Last updated 8 August 2026
Customers like to see a CV before saying yes to a temp. Staffly can pull the details out of the CV the employee already has.
Upload and let the system fill it in
Upload the CV as a PDF, PNG or JPG (max 10 MB). Staffly automatically extracts work experience, education, skills and more — and you can review and edit all of it afterwards.
Note: CV uploads count towards your usage. A number are included in the subscription, and you can see the usage under System → Forbrug.
Edit and reorder
In the CV editor the content is split into tabs: work experience, education, certificates and skills.
Each entry can be moved up and down with the buttons beside it. This matters: the most recent job should be at the top, because that is what the customer reads first.
Certificates in the CV have an issue date and an expiry date — leave the expiry blank if the certificate never expires.
Be critical of the result
The extraction is a suggestion, not a truth. Read it through before the profile goes any further — especially dates and job titles, which are what an automatic extraction most often gets wrong.
