Trades: find the right person fast
Trades describe what an employee can actually do, in two levels — so you can cut a long list down to the few people who fit the job.

A trade describes what an employee can do. It is not a job title but a skill — and it is what you search on when a customer rings needing someone tomorrow.
Main trades and sub-trades
Trades sit in two levels. Svejsere (welders) is a main trade; TIG, MIG/MAG, Rørsvejser and Robotsvejser are sub-trades beneath it. Staffly ships with a set of trades covering most industries.
That gives you both: you can search broadly for a welder, or narrowly for someone who specifically does TIG welding.
Note: Choosing a main trade includes all its sub-trades. An employee marked only as a TIG welder therefore shows up when you search for welders.
Put them on the employee
Choose the trades the employee can actually work within. Be precise rather than broad — that is what makes the filter useful once the list gets long.

On the order they are set under Krævede fagområder, for example Svejsere › TIG.
Note: Required trades do not block. They sort and filter the candidates, but you can always assign someone without the trade if you judge that they can do the job.
